[Hiring] Luxury Membership Sales @It's Just Lunch

Role Description

As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone. Using a consultative sales approach you will:

• Build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs.
• Explain how our dating membership will benefit them.
• Speak to clients about potential matches.
• Select matches for your new client based on your interview.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales.
• Previous experience with high volume outbound calls.
• Minimum of two years working in a remote role.
• Must have a quiet distraction-free work space.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus).
• The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
