Role Description
We are seeking an accomplished litigation attorney or an individual with litigation consulting experience, interested in leveraging their courtroom or jury research experience and strategic insight in a client-facing consulting and business development role. The Litigation Solutions Sales Consultant serves as a senior subject-matter expert supporting the company’s growth by advising clients and collaborating with sales team members as well as leadership on sophisticated litigation consulting and discovery solutions.
This role is ideal for a litigator or jury consultant who enjoys engaging with trial teams, discussing case strategy, and helping legal professionals communicate complex issues effectively—while expanding their impact beyond a single case or practice. The consultant will work alongside sales professionals in meetings with law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance clients, providing credibility and strategic perspective on litigation, discovery, and trial presentation services.
In addition to supporting client development efforts, the successful candidate will play a visible role in the industry by delivering presentations, leading Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, and contributing to the company’s thought leadership on litigation strategy, technology, and trial advocacy.

USD $100,000 - $120,000 per year. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
