A Typical Week:

• Calls and Zoom meetings with people who requested coverage information
• Follow-ups with clients deciding on a plan
• Training sessions
• Check-in with your mentor

Qualifications

• Must live in the U.S. (College Station, TX area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week

Requirements

• Pay tied directly to effort
• 60+ carriers to choose from
• A team that actually supports you
• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
