Why Coachability Beats a Resume: We hire for coachability and consistency, not for prior industry experience. What we've found, repeatedly, is that agents who are willing to actually follow the system we've built and take feedback seriously outperform agents who came in with prior sales experience but resisted adapting to our approach. If you're willing to learn, your background matters much less than you might think.

The Role Itself: You'll work inbound and warm leads exclusively — every client already requested information about life insurance coverage before you ever spoke with them. Full training and ongoing mentorship support you through the learning curve, and access to a network of more than 60 carriers means you're never limited to a single product line regardless of what actually fits the client.

Earning Potential: 100% commission, uncapped. Average $800 to $1,200 per policy. Based on consistent effort:

• Part-time: $50,000+ in year one
• Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one

Pay is distributed daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available for agents hitting production benchmarks.

Qualifications

• U.S. resident
• Background-check eligible
• Life & Health licensed, or willing to become licensed — full support provided
