In this role, you'll work virtually with individuals and families, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits and make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone

Identify each client's needs and financial protection priorities

Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

Answer questions clearly and professionally

Recommend coverage solutions based on individual client needs

Guide clients through applications and enrollment

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment

Build trust through consistent and professional communication

Assist with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates

Provide ongoing client support

Maintain accurate follow-up and client documentation

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age

Be legally authorized to work in the United States
