Role Description

Sell from anywhere with a 30-year pro in your corner. Most agents start out on their own: chasing cold prospects, guessing at products, and waiting months for a real paycheck. At Taubman Financial Management (TFM), you start with warm leads, 60+ carriers, and one-on-one coaching from agency founder Scott Taubman. Scott has 30+ years in insurance and financial planning and built and sold his own wealth management firm.

Qualifications

• 80% starting commission based on carrier payout schedules, with higher contracts for experienced producers
• No cold calling. Warm leads from vetted, approved vendors: people who have already asked for information
• A mentor, not just a manager. One-on-one coaching with Scott and a leadership team invested in your success, plus case design and product support when a case gets complicated
• 60+ carriers. Recommend what's right for the client, not what one company sells
• A fast start if you're new. Training from the ground up and a discounted pre-licensing course
• Your schedule, your location. 100% remote

Requirements

• Reside in a U.S. state and be authorized to work in the United States
• Hold a life insurance license in your resident state, or be ready to get one (we'll help)

Benefits

• New agents typically earn $60,000+ in their first year, and top producers earn six figures or more
• Startup costs are low: about $150 for state licensing and about $35 a month for E&O insurance
