Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty License or Georgia Non-Resident License.
• 1+ year of prior Allstate & Remote Property and Casualty insurance sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably resides in Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional guidance.
• Capable of maintaining productivity and teamwork in a remote work environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve agency's common goals.
• Familiarity with PC computer, CRM systems, and communication tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Develop and propose insurance policies that align with each client's individual needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering complementary products or services.
• Be assertive and follow up on leads provided by the agency.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals to the agency.
• Stay informed on industry trends and updates to provide well-informed recommendations.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets within specified timeframes.
