Role Description

We are looking to HIRE LICENCED LLQP Insurance Agents! This is an amazing opportunity with our company that provides you the leads and you have the ability to start a solid career! (Willing to help in the process to get a licence if needed). We're currently hiring multiple positions ~ AND you work from HOME!

Responsibilities:

• Connecting by telephone with warm lead clients to coordinate an opportunity to virtually present them a family protection package.
• Engage with families, seniors, and singles to explain insurance options to protect their family now and in the future.
• Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales.
• Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress.
• Work in a team environment coaching new hires.
• Actively recruit new hires to build your team.
• Manage and mentor your team throughout the hiring, training and mentoring process.

Qualifications

• Job seekers must already have ONTARIO, ALBERTA, NEWFOUNDLAND or BRITISH COLUMBIA LLQP LICENCE or be willing to get an insurance license.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience working with Customer Service a benefit.
