[Hiring] Lead Generation Specialist @Flatrock

Role Description

• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other outbound sales channels.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
• Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to align outreach campaigns, messaging and target accounts.
• Consistently achieve or exceed activity, outreach and meeting generation targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Accurately maintain CRM records, ensuring all activities, opportunities and customer interactions are up to date.
• Continuously test, refine and improve outreach strategies to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop a strong understanding of Flat Rock Technology's services, including software development, staff augmentation, customer support, customer success, BPO and digital transformation solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in an SDR, Business Development, Lead Generation or similar outbound sales role.
• Proven success generating new business through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
• Experience working in a target-driven, KPI-focused sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently.
• A genuine passion for sales and developing a career in technology.
