[Hiring] Korea Sales Manager @Agilent Technologies

Role Description

Responsible for the overall sales operations, including strategies and results, in the assigned area of responsibility.

• Plans and directs all sales activities, including:
• Planning and implementing forecasts
• Developing policies
• Implementing and/or developing the sales strategies
• Managing customer relationships
• Designing specific programs to achieve business objectives
• Staffing and training the sales force
• Establishes short- and long-term goals and quotas in alignment with company objectives.
• Meet the objective of Korea's business growth YoY.
• Drive an omnichannel strategy to improve CSD business within the assigned territory.
• Maximize new product sales & new customer acquisition in Korea.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
• Typically, a minimum of 1-2 years experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level.
