[Hiring] Key Account Manager @Ansell

Role Description

Ansell is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager – Life Sciences to accelerate growth across the Central & Eastern Europe region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing strategic relationships with key Life Sciences, Cleanroom, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology customers.
• Driving sales of the Kimtech® and BioClean® portfolio.
• Expanding market share and identifying new business opportunities through direct engagement with end users, distributors, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of sales experience, including mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience within Life Sciences, Cleanroom, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Scientific, or related markets.
• Strong consultative selling and key account management skills.
• Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Fluency in English.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and collaborative approach to work.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the CEE region (up to approximately 50%).

Requirements

• Frequent travel across the EMEA region and occasional international travel (50%+).
• Flexibility to participate in meetings across multiple international time zones.
