[Hiring] Key Account Manager @eCarsTrade

Role Description

eCarsTrade is one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B online used-car auction platforms — 18,000+ vehicles listed weekly, 20,000+ active dealers, 45% year-on-year growth. As part of our commercial organisation, we're hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow our dealer portfolio across Central & Eastern Europe.

This is a true sales role, not passive account management — but it's not cold-hunting from zero either. You'll develop a portfolio of existing and new key accounts in your region:

• Driving bids
• Negotiating
• Onboarding new high-value dealers
• Growing long-term relationships with the ones you own

You sell and advise, so your time goes where it creates value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales or Business Development — automotive a plus.
• Genuinely commercial and target-driven, with a hunter's drive and a farmer's patience for growing accounts.
• Comfortable living on the phone: outbound, inbound, negotiation, frequent contact.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Polish and English mandatory; additional languages a strong plus.
