Role Description
A Key Account Executive with experience in outside sales development and business growth strategies. You will be part of a strategic sales team responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing independent dealership businesses. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion.

Act as the personal liaison for clients within a dedicated book of business.

Ensure expectations are set and met while accomplishing revenue generating results.

Spend significant time in the field leading acquisition efforts, meeting with key accounts, facilitating regional conferences, and coaching best practices.

Provide superior customer service to ensure accounts have the tools and information needed to utilize our software and be successful.

Bring a value-based approach to ensure a successful transactional experience and a long-term journey making key accounts successful.

Ensure a growing and profitable relationship with key accounts, acting as the voice of the company and the bridge to clients’ success.

Requirements

College degree or equivalent professional experience.

2 years of outside sales or business development experience.

2-3+ years in a customer focused, industry specific, or account management position; preferred.

Superior communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.

Intermediate knowledge of both Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.

Demonstrable knowledge of CRM tools; Salesforce and Pipedrive strongly preferred.

Ability to blend sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm.

Ability and willingness to travel to or within assigned region, roughly 50% of the time every month.
