Role Description

This is a rare opportunity for driven sales professionals ready to take on a key role with significant impact. Our client, a prominent player in the wholesale sales sector, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to manage and grow their customer accounts. Golf industry experience is strongly preferred, particularly someone familiar with green-grass accounts, wholesale relationships, pre-book programs, and managing a sales territory. • Drive revenue and account growth through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
• Qualify opportunities and book appointments for sales leadership
• Use CRM data daily to engage calls and emails aimed at closing new business
• Manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closing
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear stages, next steps, and accurate close dates
• Oversee proposals and order processing while identifying opportunities for account expansion
• Build lasting relationships with existing wholesale accounts to increase lifetime value
• Collaborate with the Wholesale Coordinator to coordinate orders, inventory, and shipping details
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Drive seasonal pre-book commitments to enhance revenue visibility and inventory planning

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles
• Strong skills in client relations, cold calling, and relationship building
• Proven ability to manage the entire sales process independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

Requirements

• Experience in the sports or wholesale industry (Nice to Have)
• A proactive approach to account growth and customer service (Nice to Have)

• Competitive basic salary of R15,000 to R18,000 per month (Cost to Company)
• Commission structure rewarding your success - 5% commission on orders + 1% on tournament orders
