You will be mentored directly by a real estate professional with 15 years' industry experience, who also holds a Master’s Degree in Business and a Postgraduate Qualification in Marketing Management, to fast-track your journey from zero to hero.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid South African ID.
• Must possess a valid Matric certificate (Grade 12).
• Degree or post-graduate qualifications will be an advantage.
• Must reside in or around Kempton Park, Benoni, Boksburg, or Germiston.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly driven and goal-focused.
• Able to perform routine work consistently when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills (a genuine "people person").
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport (Non-negotiable).
• NQF4 in Real Estate (or willingness to complete the qualification).
• Current registration with the PPRA (or willingness to register; registration fee currently is R2,375).

Requirements

• Prospect and generate leads to build a strong, sustainable client base.
• Assist buyers and sellers throughout property transactions from start to finish.
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and comparative studies (CMAs).
• Arrange and host property viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and assist with finalizing contracts between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, local conditions, and legal regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
• Collaborate effectively with conveyancing attorneys, bond originators, and other industry professionals.
