Role Description

As a member of the Sales Management team for North America, the Intermediate Rep Manager is responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure. This role focuses on helping representatives build a sustainable and profitable account base while deepening their expertise in our products, programs, and value-added services. Through hands-on support, training, and performance tracking, the manager ensures representatives continue progressing toward full productivity and long-term success in the field.

Requirements

• A proven record of achievements in Sales and Sales Management
• 5+ years of demonstrably successful Business Development and Sales experience
• A history of leading and developing talent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable field is preferred
