Role Description
As an Intelligence Investigator in the Sales team at TRG, you will own and drive the sales cycle within your assigned territory, while leveraging your background in intelligence and analysis to engage customers on a deeper, more consultative level. This is not a traditional βquota-onlyβ sales role; you will act as a trusted advisor, bringing structure to complex intelligence problems, guiding customers through data-driven insights, and demonstrating how TRGβs technology can support real-world investigations.

Lead solution-driven sales conversations, combining commercial focus with analytical depth.

Own and drive the full sales cycle within your assigned territory (from opportunity creation to deal closure and expansion).

Engage with customers (law enforcement, intelligence, financial, cyber sectors) to understand investigative challenges and translate them into solutions.

Deliver or co-deliver high-quality product demos and use-case storytelling, tailored to customer needs.

Work closely with Pre-Sales to design POCs, demos, and investigative scenarios that resonate with stakeholders.

Build and execute a territory strategy, including pipeline follow-ups, prioritization, and account management.

Support the creation of proposals, commercial offers, and deal structuring.

Act as a bridge between customer and internal teams, ensuring alignment across Product, R&D, and Customer Success.

Be the professional go-to in the region for intelligence analysis methods, intelligence collection and fusion tools, and data-analysis trends to strengthen customer conversations.

Provide structured feedback to Product and R&D based on market and customer insights.

Contribute to refining how TRG positions and sells its technology in your region.
Qualifications

Experience in intelligence, investigations, or analytical roles (law enforcement, military, OSINT, risk intelligence, etc.).

Proven ability or strong potential to operate in a customer-facing / sales environment.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Ability to balance commercial objectives with solution depth.

Independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Native-level English + fluency in German language is an advantage.
Requirements

Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
