Role Description

Every conversation matters, and our Intake Specialists play a critical role in helping people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

We're looking for high-performing sales professionals who thrive on helping people, consistently exceed goals, embrace accountability, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. This is not a traditional call center or customer service role. It is a consultative sales position where your ability to build trust, qualify prospective clients, and confidently guide them toward the right consultation directly impacts your success.

No legal industry experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive subject matter and sales training. What we need you to bring is drive, resilience, coachability, and the desire to win.

Qualifications

• Loves helping people while achieving ambitious goals
• Has previous sales experience (inside sales or telesales preferred)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Handles rejection professionally and demonstrates resilience
• Is highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement
• Communicates with confidence and professionalism

• Writes and speaks flawless US English

Requirements

• Answer incoming calls within 5 seconds
• Respond to inquiries within 8 business hours
• Warm call prospective clients
• Conduct consultative sales conversations
• Close over-the-phone sales opportunities
• Qualify leads and protect attorney time
• Prepare client agreements and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Learn and utilize our technology platforms
• Balance administrative tasks while maintaining excellent client service
• Deliver an exceptional client experience on every interaction
