Role Description

Are you a motivated salesperson who wants more control over your schedule and earning potential? Our growing Allstate agency is looking for independent sales professionals who are ready to build their own book of business while representing one of the most recognized names in insurance. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, designed for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven by results.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Present home, auto, and other insurance solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Take ownership of your sales activity and production.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage their own sales activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Confidence in prospecting, following up, and closing sales.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• A willingness to learn and improve.
• A results-oriented mindset.
• Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in automotive sales, wireless sales, real estate, banking, financial services, or other commission-based sales environments may be especially valuable.
• Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses.
