Compensation, Broken Down:

• Average per sale: $800–$1,200.
• Part-time year-one earnings: $50,000+.
• Full-time year-one earnings: $80,000 to $300,000+.
• Structure: 100% commission, no cap on earning potential.
• Performance-based incentives for agents reaching production benchmarks.
• Pay issued on a daily/weekly cadence rather than a delayed monthly cycle.

Requirements

• U.S.-based residency.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to getting one through our program.
