Role Description

Are you passionate about architecture, interior design, and helping bring unique spaces to life? The Look Company is seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative (Architecture & Design) to support the Managing Director of The Look Company Europe by following up on qualified leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with our Studio Saint-Pierre team which specializes in bespoke architectural surfaces and design solutions for high-end environments. Studio Saint-Pierre delivers custom architectural finishes, surface solutions, and design services for clients around the world.

What You'll Do

• Support the Managing Director with lead management and business development activities.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
• Qualify opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals.
• Coordinate project information, proposals, samples, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project support.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Background, education, experience, or strong personal interest in architecture, interior design, architectural products, or related design industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and strong customer service orientation.
• Confident making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience working with CRM platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, or specification-driven sales.
• Knowledge of architectural finishes, wall coverings, decorative surfaces, custom interiors, or related products.
• Experience supporting a consultative sales process.

Schedule & Availability

This position requires flexibility to support team members and clients across multiple time zones, including the U.S. East Coast and Europe. Candidates should be comfortable adjusting their schedule as needed to participate in meetings, customer conversations, and collaborative activities during European business hours.
