[Hiring] Inside Sales Representative @Zipdev

Role Description

Our client is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to handle incoming sales calls, emails, and product questions on social media. You’ll help prospective customers understand our sound and vibration products and guide each inquiry to one of three outcomes:

• Close the sale
• Refer the prospect to an affiliate for a demo
• Refer them to an executive for a higher-level conversation

You’ll own the inquiry through the sale or handoff. When you refer a prospect to an affiliate or executive, you’ll share the relevant background and record the transfer in GoHighLevel. The affiliate or an executive then owns the opportunity and follow-up.

What you’ll do:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, emails, and questions on the client's social channels.
• Understand each prospect’s interests, questions, budget, and purchase timeline.
• Explain products clearly, answer questions, prepare quotes, and close sales when the prospect is ready.
• Connect prospects who would benefit from an in-person demo with an appropriate affiliate.
• Refer prospects who need a higher-level conversation to an executive, with a clear summary of their needs and prior discussion.
• Track inquiries, sales, referrals, and handoffs accurately in GoHighLevel.
• Coordinate with the operations team on product availability, shipping, and customer handoffs.
• Share common customer questions and objections with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound sales inquiries and closing products that require consultation.
• Clear, professional communication by phone, email, and social media.
• Good judgment about when to close directly and when to refer a prospect.
• Strong organization and consistent follow-through before a sale or handoff.
• Comfort using a CRM; experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Sound judgment about product claims and a customer-first approach.
• Interest in meditation, sound, recovery, or wellness.
• Preferred: Experience selling to consumers, wellness businesses, hospitality buyers, or other commercial customers.

Requirements

• Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
