[Hiring] Inside Sales Representative @RWI Law

Role Description

RWI Law, a mission-driven and rapidly growing law firm based in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help guide potential clients through the first and most critical step in their legal journey. This is a full-time, remote role that combines empathy, sales skills, and legal service knowledge to change lives for the better.

• Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainers
• Be available to work Central Time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT)
• Meet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone/video
• Present the firm’s legal services clearly and persuasively
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboarding
• Track leads, calls, and conversions in our CRM
• Participate in weekly training and sales coaching sessions
• Consistently hit and exceed daily call, contact, and revenue goals
• Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM
• Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded
• Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate information on prospective and past clients for effective follow-up and relationship building

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• 2+ years of sales closing experience
• Able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situations
• Organized & Self-Driven: You manage your time well, follow up without being told, and consistently hit your goals
• Comfortable working from home in a professional environment

Requirements

• Proven phone sales experience (inside sales, call center, or B2C)
• Comfortable spending most of your day on Zoom or the phone
• Competitive, coachable, and metrics-driven
• Manage your time well in a remote environment—no babysitting required
• Believe sales is a skill to be mastered, not a job to tolerate
