Role Description
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Ordio π, youβll be the first point of contact for prospects who have actively shown interest in Ordio, with a particular focus on supporting our expansion into Poland.

Qualify inbound leads:

Receive incoming leads, assess their need, fit, and urgency, and determine the right next step. No cold calling.

Create a strong first impression:

Speak with interested prospects in a friendly, professional way and make sure they feel well supported from their first interaction with Ordio.

Run structured needs analysis:

Understand each prospectβs situation, challenges, and priorities, and identify whether and how Ordio can support them.

Prepare prospects for demos:

Make sure our Account Executives have the right context, expectations, and qualification information before every product demo.

Support the Polish market launch:
-
Help us understand incoming demand, customer questions, pain points, and lead quality as Ordio expands into Poland.

Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing:

Share feedback on campaign performance, lead quality, common objections, and recurring customer needs.

Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene:

Keep lead status, activities, notes, and next steps clean and up to date in HubSpot.
Qualifications

Fluent or native level in both Polish and German.

Enjoy conversations and are comfortable having many short, clear, and friendly qualification calls.

Around 1β2 years of experience handling inbound leads, for example in SDR, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Support, or another customer-facing role.

Strong communicator and listener who knows how to ask the right questions and guide prospects through their first contact.

Structured, reliable, and take ownership to ensure no lead gets lost.

Motivated by measurable goals and enjoy making progress visible in the funnel.

Curious and commercially minded, wanting to understand a prospectβs business rather than simply follow a script.

Excited by the opportunity to support Ordioβs expansion into Poland while working closely with an established DACH sales team.

Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, hospitality, gastronomy, or operational businesses is a plus, but not essential.
Requirements
