Role Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in providing top-notch customer service to all of our members. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, consistently provides a positive attitude to help drive the culture of our growing team, and has a passion for helping people.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client requests.
• Meet and present to our clients over Zoom to educate them about our products and services.
• Constantly learn and expand skill sets.
• Have a strong work ethic and desire to grow.

Qualifications

• This is a remote position - must have a laptop and a good Wi-Fi connection.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• No previous experience needed.
