Role Description

The Inside Channel Manager II manages an assigned base of Global Partner Solutions Sales Partners along with the Channel Manager to generate revenue by executing channel programs. The Inside Channel Manager II is responsible for selling new and existing company products and services, targeting business to business clients.

Location: Allows Work from Home in the following States: DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, PA

Main Responsibilities

• Sell across the entire Lumen portfolio, from Small Business to Regional & Large Enterprise.
• Develop and implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total partner & end customer business with the company.
• Create partner/account plans and strategies to win new business from existing customers.
• Systematic focus on new partners and new logo customer sales.
• Coordinate with Channel Manager on partner sales opportunities, prepare partner/customer presentations, and coordinate all Lumen internal groups (sales engineering, OM, product, etc.) during the sales process.
• Develop sales in designated partner/account base by working with partners to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a telesales environment including business to business.
• Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, customer service, account relationship, negotiating and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outlook, Web Meeting, and Q Central.
• Intermediate understanding of company financial measures.
• Must have an advanced understanding of telecommunications industry and indirect sales mode.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

• $59,891 - $79,844 in these states: FL, LA, OH, PA.
• $65,878 - $87,834 in these states: DE, MD, NJ.
