[Hiring] Influencer Partnerships Associate @Adhesive Media

Role Description

We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Associate to pitch & close sponsorship deals between our YouTubers & Sponsors. Your job will be to focus on a handful of top key Sponsors to grow their account with Adhesive Media, while communicating daily with awesome YouTube channels.

You’ll grow more in 3 months at Adhesive Media than you have in the last 3 years of your life. We’re looking for someone who is highly competent, very organized, and willing to take on a challenge.

Responsibilities

• Deal Making: Close $250K/mo of YouTube Sponsorship Deals.
• Build Relationships with Key YouTubers to pitch their channels for Brand Deals.
• Grow 7-10 Key Brand Relationships to be consistent spenders with our Roster of Creators.
• Negotiate & Close Hundreds of Influencer Deals per month.
• Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors.
• Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands.
• Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Notion) updated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or similar fields.
• Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships experience is preferred.
• Excellent Written & Verbal English Skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Airtable, Asana, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions independently.
• Reliable and able to work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines.

Benefits

• 401K offered after 6 months of Employment.
• Expected Year 1 OTE: $90,000.
• Base Salary: $60,000.
• Commission: 10-15% of Revenue Generated.
