[Hiring] Inbound Sales Representative @The Job Portal

Role Description

Disaster Care Capital is a West London-based fire and flood restoration company helping homeowners and businesses when the unexpected happens. We receive inbound enquiries every day and need a sharp, empathetic sales professional to respond quickly, understand the situation, and make sure no genuine opportunity goes cold. This starts as a part-time role, we have a probation period of 1 month, after one month we offer 2% commission in addition to the salary.

• Respond to inbound leads promptly through phone, CRM and follow-up messages
• Speak with homeowners and property contacts with confidence, empathy and professionalism
• Qualify each enquiry by gathering accurate information about the damage, property, urgency, insurance situation and next steps
• Keep leads moving with timely follow-up until they are booked, disqualified or closed
• Maintain clear, complete CRM notes so the operations team has everything they need
• Own assigned leads from initial response through qualification, follow-up and clear closure
• Maintain accurate and complete GoHighLevel records for every customer interaction, including Result / Issue / Next Step / Follow-Up, correct pipeline stage, lead status and next-action date
• Follow DCC's approved Sales Playbook, pricing/estimate guidance, communication templates and CRM standards consistently
• Help improve our lead-response process as we grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, BDR, customer service sales or a similar phone-based role
• Excellent spoken English C1+, with a clear and natural communication style suitable for speaking with UK customers
• The ability to build trust quickly, ask the right questions and stay calm when people are stressed
• Strong follow-up discipline — you do not let leads disappear
• Experience using a CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a bonus
• Availability for agreed UK working hours, including scheduled weekend coverage, is required during UK business hours
• UK market or UK customer-service experience is preferred, but not essential
