[Hiring] Inbound Sales Closer @Crystalia Glass

Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to crush it in the US B2C market!

• Handle phone negotiations and close deals fast.
• Work with a massive flow of hot inbound leads and incoming calls.
• Expect a high volume of calls and communication with US clients: pitching, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Run commercial terms and pricing within company rules.
• Master the technical side of our custom glass products.
• Maintain a clean and organized HubSpot CRM.
• Drive high-energy communication with US buyers to lock a prepayment and close the deal.

Qualifications

• English: C1+ / near-native spoken English for daily calls with U.S. clients.
• Sales Experience: 2 - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
• Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
• U.S. Market Experience: Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and explain product value clearly.
• CRM Discipline: Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Product Learning: Ability and willingness to learn a technical/custom product in detail.

Requirements

• Meet a clear deal-based closure plan during the ramp-up period.
• A solid hourly base rate + structured deal-based bonuses for each closed deal during the initial period.
• Opportunity to move to an uncapped commission model after approximately 6 months.
