You've been the top Comfort Advisor on the board. You've run the houses, closed the big tickets, and mastered the in-home sale. Now imagine doing what you do best without the windshield time, the callbacks, or the 7pm appointments.

We're an HVAC consulting firm that helps home service companies grow to 8 figures, and we're hiring a proven residential HVAC closer to consult with our clients and train their sales teams. All remote, all on Zoom.

What You'll Do

• Consult with owners and sales managers of residential HVAC companies on their sales process, pricing, and operations
• Train and coach Comfort Advisors and selling techs on in-home sales: discovery, presentation, frame control, and closing
• Run live sales training sessions, role-plays, and call reviews over Zoom
• Help clients build repeatable sales systems that lift close rates and average tickets
• Work alongside a team of A-players who have built and scaled HVAC companies to 8 figures

Qualifications

• A top-performing residential HVAC Comfort Advisor — you've sold units in the home and have the numbers to prove it
• Deep knowledge of the residential HVAC business model: lead flow, tech-generated leads, pricing, install operations
• Elite communication skills and strong frame control. You can hold a room of owners and closers
• Extremely hardworking. You're wired to win and you want to be paid like it
• Coachable, team-first, and hungry to be part of a fast-growing culture of A-players
• Comfortable working fully remote and running high-energy sessions on Zoom
