[Hiring] HVAC Lead Sales and Estimator @Direct Improvements

Role Description

• Review all information gathered by the technicians and tech support to give our clients an accurate estimate
• Identifying and ordering the correct parts needed to complete the job
• Creating and presenting detailed proposals to clients
• Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project execution
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and industry partners
• Attending trade shows, webinars, and industry events

Qualifications

• Live within a 50-mile radius of Chicago
• A minimum of 10 Years in the HVAC field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating and sales
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Strong equipment repair and installation experience
• Fast typer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
