[Hiring] HRIS/Payroll Sales Executive @InfoSync

Role Description

We're hiring an experienced HRIS and Payroll Sales Executive to win new small and mid-sized business clients, with a strong preference for someone who has sold UKG Ready.

In this role you own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contract. You'll sell a cloud HCM suite to owners, CFOs, controllers, and HR leaders, and hand clients off to our implementation team with clear, accurate expectations. You'll build much of your own pipeline and work with referrals from CPAs, brokers, and existing clients. The Target Market is businesses with 40-4,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
• Develop referral relationships with CPAs, insurance and benefits brokers, banks, and business associations.
• Run discovery to understand each prospect's payroll, HR, timekeeping, benefits, and compliance pain points.
• Deliver tailored software demos of payroll, HR, time and attendance, scheduling, ACA reporting, and onboarding.
• Build proposals and pricing, negotiate terms, and close contracts at or above margin targets.
• Scope deals accurately with implementation so clients go live on time and as sold.
• Manage every opportunity in CRM and forecast pipeline and bookings accurately each week.
• Meet or exceed a quota of $1MM in new annual recurring revenue.
• Stay current on payroll tax, wage-and-hour, and ACA changes, and on competitors such as ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Paylocity, and Gusto.
• Partner with account management to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling payroll, HRIS, HCM, or workforce management software or services.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach through contract signature.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax filing, time and attendance, and core HR functions.
• Comfort running live software demos, in person and over video.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to talk to both owners and finance leaders.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling UKG Ready is highly preferred and will set candidates apart.
• Direct experience selling UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) or UKG Pro, ideally through a UKG partner or reseller.
• Ability to demo UKG Ready and UKG Pro modules: payroll, HR, time and attendance, scheduling, benefits, talent, and ACA.
• Familiarity with how UKG Ready and Pro are packaged, priced, and implemented in the partner channel.
• An existing network of CPA, broker, and business-owner relationships.
• Experience selling against ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Paycom, or Paycor.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
