Role Description
We are looking for an Account Executive to join us at UT Home Health in Maryville!
The Account Executive is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase agency market share through account development and educating the medical community on services provided by the agency while operating within set budget.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Achievement of monthly Personal Production Goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations.

Successfully executes a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.

Responsible for executing effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community and clearly communicate the features and benefits of the Company.

Works closely with the Executive Director and Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.

Responsible for all sales administration duties including but not limited to CRM, expense entry compliance, BOA with associated Policies and Procedures, payroll time sheets, weekly meetings with strategic updates, PTO requests, paperwork delivery/pick-up as needed, and timely cell phone/email correspondence.

Responsible for being a good steward of the Companyβs financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing a Sales & Marketing expense budget.

Knows the features and benefits of the services provided by the agency and educates the medical community about the services of our organization through effective sales calls and in-services.

Other appropriate tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorβs degree preferred.

At least two (2) years of demonstrated success in home health and/or hospice sales.
Requirements

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.

Must have strong computer skills to utilize Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Job may be performed at a desk and require heavy use of office equipment, including computer, tablet, and phone.

Must have the reasonable ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, balance, see, talk, hear, and drive.

Must be reasonably capable of lifting over twenty (20) pounds.

Significant portion (>50%) of daily assignments may require travel to client/resident/patient locations or other work sites, via car or public transportation.

Work schedule may occasionally require evening, night, holiday, or weekend assignments.

Ability to effectively work from a remote/home office.
