Role Description

In this role, you will serve as a vital part of the customer experience by supporting sales executives, managing backend project activities, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring seamless order management from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
