Role Description

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - work from home with lead source provided.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent.
• Must be based in England or South Wales.
• A minimum of 2 years demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice.
• Excellent understanding of local market movement, activities and competitors.
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
• Passionate about Just Mortgages, our values and processes.
• A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from dedication.

• Engaging with people from all walks of life.
• Mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
• Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers, and developers.
• Collaborating with peers within the branch to build relationships for referrals.
• Taking accountability for KPIs and proactively seeking new opportunities.
• Strong presence in front of a camera to engage with the audience.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
