[Hiring] Home-Based Inside Sales Assistant @DCX

Role Description

Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in sales support, client communication, and project coordination? We’re looking for a Home-Based Inside Sales Assistant to join our DCX team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors while supporting field-based Sales Representatives through:

• Quote preparation
• Reporting
• Order coordination
• Administrative support

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive sales success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours

Requirements

• Highly Proficient Communicator: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Customer Service Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Adaptable & Deadline-Driven: Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues proactively and effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• No previous construction site services experience required (but helpful).
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Fast learner and comfortable with technology.
• “Go-getter” attitude and ability to work independently.

• Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 53,000
