Role Description

LicencePath is hiring experienced high-ticket closers for inbound calls only.

• $2,100 AUD per enrolment commissions.
• Uncapped.
• KPI: 8 commitment fees a month.
• OTE: $201,600 a year for a closer hitting target.
• 60-day ramp: an additional $1,500 AUD/month while you learn the product, non-recoverable, on top of your commission.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inbound calls only. Every lead has already filled in an eligibility form to check whether they qualify.
• Your job is to get on the phone, explain the pathway, handle the objections, and move the customer through to enrolment.
• Take inbound calls from people who have already checked their eligibility.
• Explain the licensing pathway clearly, in plain language.
• Handle objections on price, time and requirements.
• Guide the customer through commitment and enrolment.
• Keep every deal moving — fast callbacks, consistent follow-through.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• You have closed high-ticket deals over the phone before.
• You hold a price; you do not fold the moment someone pushes for a discount.
• You can talk to a tradesman; our customers are blunt and sceptical.
• Clear, confident English on the phone.
• You know how to work a sales cycle.
• You understand speed to lead.
• You are a hunter, not someone looking for a clock-on, clock-off job.
• Comfortable in a CRM; HubSpot experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Reliable internet, a quiet space to take calls, your own computer and headset.
• Formal qualifications are not required; we care about what you have closed.

Hours - Before you apply — timezone

We're based in New South Wales, Australia (AEST/AEDT), and our leads cluster around two windows:

• 7–10am
• 1–4pm Sydney time.

Wherever you are in the world, apply — but be honest with yourself about whether you can be live and hunting during those Sydney windows. Work out what they land at in your timezone before you send your note. If those hours don't work for your life, this seat won't either.

If you'd like to work from 2pm Sydney time that's fine. Just let us know your preferred schedule. When you apply, include the timezone. (Example: 9am-5pm AEDT)
