NexGen Steel is looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our growing Relationship Manager Program. This isn't another coaching offer, agency service, or "make money online" pitch. You'll be selling a proven partner program that helps builders, contractors, and construction professionals turn the relationships they already have into an ongoing revenue stream while introducing innovative steel framing solutions that solve real industry challenges.

Our marketing team generates qualified appointments through a proven funnel, allowing you to focus on what you do best—running consultative sales conversations and closing business.

What You'll Be Selling

• The NexGen Steel Relationship Manager Program is designed for builders, developers, general contractors, and construction professionals who already have strong industry relationships.

Program Options

• Annual Relationship Manager Program: $5,000 for a 12-month membership
• Lifetime Relationship Manager Program: $10,000 for lifetime access and benefits

What You'll Do

• Run Qualified Sales Calls
• Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
• Follow a proven consultative sales framework
• Diagnose each prospect's business, network, and growth opportunities
• Demonstrate how the Relationship Manager Program aligns with their goals
• Guide Prospects to a Decision
• Present program options with clarity and confidence
• Handle objections around investment, timing, implementation, and ROI
• Create ethical urgency and help prospects make a confident yes/no decision
• Enroll qualified partners into either the Annual or Lifetime program
• Manage Your Pipeline
• Prepare for scheduled calls
• Follow up with prospects who need additional consideration
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Keep opportunities moving through the appropriate stages
• CRM & Reporting
• Document every call and outcome
• Maintain accurate notes and deal stages
• Submit daily and weekly performance metrics
• Track revenue, offers made, closes, and follow-up activity
• Collaborate & Improve
• Work closely with Appointment Setters to improve lead quality
• Share objection trends and market feedback
• Participate in coaching sessions, role plays, and call reviews
• Continuously improve your sales performance

Compensation

• Performance Draw: $1,500 monthly performance draw for your first two months (not a guaranteed salary, functions as an advance against earned commissions)
• Commission Structure: 10% commission on net collected revenue
• There is no cap on commission earnings, providing significant income potential for top performers.

• Hold assigned qualified sales appointments
• Achieve or exceed established close rate goals
• Maintain high follow-up conversion rates
• Keep CRM records accurate and current
• Execute the company's proven sales framework without unauthorized discounts or promises

• Close Rate
• Revenue Closed
