[Hiring] High-Ticket B2B Sales Closer @Sales Match

Role Description

You'll close warm, pre-qualified inbound calls with roofing and home-service business owners. Every prospect has watched a video sales letter, completed an application, and confirmed they can invest $20,000 or more before the call is booked. There's no prospecting and no cold calling.

You'll average around 6 booked calls per day. Ad spend scales as deals close, so the better you close, the more calls you get. The sales cycle runs about 2 to 4 weeks, which makes disciplined follow-up a core part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Take your booked calls on time and run the sales script
• Review your own call recordings to sharpen your close
• Follow up with warm leads by phone and text between calls
• Keep the CRM up to date and send an end-of-day report
• Join a daily team call led by the founder, whom you report to directly

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years closing high-ticket B2B offers, with a verifiable track record (ideally millions closed)
• A strong frame: direct, builds just enough rapport, then leads the call
• A question-led selling style (NEPQ or similar) that gets prospects to talk themselves into the decision
• Accountable and self-managing: you're on time, own your numbers, and hold prospects to their commitments
• Intelligent, direct and high-integrity
• Strong plus: experience selling to roofing or home-service businesses, or selling marketing or agency services.

Requirements

• This role is not a fit if you:
• Lean on rapport and avoid asking for the decision
• Need hand-holding or tend to people-please
• Show up late, miss calls or make excuses

Compensation

• Commission-only: 10% of every closed deal
• $2,000 per deal on the entry package, $3,500 on mid, $5,000 on the top package
• On-target earnings of $150,000 to $200,000 per year
• Paid weekly, every Monday
