Role Description

As a Healthcare Professional Liability Producer, you will build and maintain a book of business. This involves setting new and renewal business strategies for:

• Professional Liability
• Healthcare Liability
• Medical Malpractice insurance

Overseeing policy placement and servicing in line with the company’s customer-centric approach. Exceptional customer service and cross-selling Inszone products is a key focus.

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona; Remote

Workplace: Onsite if in Scottsdale; Remote otherwise

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed individual organic growth and retention objectives in line with company goals.
• Develop and strengthen client, carrier, and vendor relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Present coverage options and cross-sell all lines of business written by Inszone.
• Manage book of business and meet with account management team regularly providing mentorship.
• Work collaboratively with other producers, account managers, marketing, and other internal teams to develop marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, RPLU, CPCU, ARM designation, or other relevant experience.
• Experience: Five or more years of experience in Medical Professional Liability Insurance as a retail agent or wholesaler broker.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Proficiency with customer relationships management software, such as EPIC or similar platform.
• P&C agency license.
• Ability to work independently and with some direct oversight.
