[Hiring] Health System Director @Wound Care Advantage LLC

Role Description

Wound Care Advantage (WCA) is hiring a Health System Director to find, open, and close new hospital system partnerships for our Hospital Network Division. This is a hunter and closer role — you’ll own the C-suite relationship from first conversation through signed agreement.

You’ll position WCA as a differentiated alternative to traditional management company arrangements:

• Hospitals keep their revenue and their control.
• Gain WCA’s operational expertise.
• See every wound center in their network on one screen through Luvo Assist, our wound center operating system.

This role works closely with the CEO and Senior Executive Team on growth strategy, pricing, and contract approvals.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle — executive prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and MSA execution.
• Identify hospital network opportunities where existing management company contracts are creating financial, operational, or compliance risk.
• Build and develop C-suite relationships across CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CNOs, and Chief Strategy Officers.
• Navigate IDN structures and multi-facility procurement processes to advance and close new partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate complex Management Service Agreements (MSAs) in collaboration with legal, finance, and operations.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Pipedrive with accurate forecasting and consistent CRM hygiene.
• Represent WCA at healthcare conferences and industry events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare services, hospital consulting, or healthcare management solutions.
• At least 5 years selling complex services into hospital systems, IDNs, or GPOs.
• Proven experience closing multi-stakeholder agreements at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrated experience structuring and negotiating MSAs or comparable long-cycle service contracts.
• Strong understanding of hospital outpatient program economics, reimbursement, and compliance.
• A hunter mentality — self-motivated, proactive, and energized by building pipeline from scratch.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to build trust and influence at the executive level.

Benefits

• Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base + commission.
• Travel: Approximately 25–35% for prospect meetings, client visits, and industry events.
