[Hiring] Head of Sales @Fuku

Role Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive IB sales strategies tailored to African markets to meet and exceed revenue, active trader, and net deposit targets.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in South Africa through industry expos, B2B partnerships, university collaborations, and other local acquisition channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine sales strategies and market positioning.
• Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Master IBs, regional B2B partners, and strategic institutional partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support sustainable business growth and market expansion.
• Represent Vantage at industry conferences, expos, seminars, university events, and networking activities across Africa.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing regional sales, business development, and account management team.
• Establish clear KPIs, sales quotas, and performance metrics aligned with regional business objectives.
• Drive accountability, provide ongoing coaching, and develop team capabilities to consistently achieve targets.
• Partner closely with global and regional Marketing teams to develop and execute localized acquisition campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and client retention programs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Customer Support, Product, and other global teams to improve localized acquisition funnels and client retention.
• Coordinate across teams to support regional operations and ensure effective execution of market initiatives.
• Ensure regional sales activities comply with applicable financial regulations, including FSCA requirements in South Africa, and internal compliance frameworks.
• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to support licensing applications and regulatory setups in South Africa and other priority African markets.
