Role Description
HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program is looking for a Partner Development Manager to scale selling and servicing by enabling new partners. As a Growth Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will lead the enablement and growth plans for newly acquired partners that allow partners to successfully co-market, co-sell, and co-service HubSpot customers. In this role, you will:

Manage a Book of Business:

Independently and successfully manage up to 150 HubSpot Solutions Partners.

Proactively nurture, retain, and expand key Solutions Partner’s accounts and their client portfolios.

Support additional partner relationships using scale motions and one-to-many strategies.

Coach and Develop Partners:

Empower and guide partners’ go-to-market strategy by sharing best practices for co-selling with HubSpot.

Act as liaison between the partner and the ecosystem resources.

Apply Business Insight:

Understand the partner’s business structure to help position HubSpot ROI.

Review key data to gain valuable insights into the Partner’s operations, customers, markets, and overall performance.

Drive Partner Sales:

Influence partner sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.

Consult with Partners on their processes, execution, and service delivery.

Explain features and benefits of HubSpot products to help customers make purchasing decisions.

Collaborate across Teams:

Advocate for your partners with internal HubSpot stakeholders to resolve customer issues.

Incorporate Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B):

Engage in discussion, education, and/or advocacy around DI&B-related topics.
Qualifications
-
Has 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, bonus if sales experience.

2+ years of experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.

Strong sense of prioritization and time management skills.

Ideally has experience in the software (SaaS) industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort.

Ability to proactively identify areas in the partner development strategy that require strengthening.

Ability to identify required resources and gather requirements.

Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Can take an ambiguous problem, make sense of it, and propose a path forward.

Benefits

Annual Cash Compensation Range: $98,300 — $147,500 USD.

Base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets.

Some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan.
