Role Description

You lead the team that brings myReha into therapy practices across Germany. Therapists use myReha as part of their daily work, bringing their patients onto the app so they can keep training at home between sessions, with the therapy funded by our insurance partners. Success here is not a signed contract but a change in habit: practices that make myReha a natural part of how they treat, and patients who stay active. You own the full loop, from bringing new practices on board to getting their first patients started and keeping them engaged over time. Think supply-side growth at a marketplace, not a classic sales role. You expand and lead a team, set the direction, and stay close to the work by joining calls yourself. Location: anywhere in Austria or Germany.

What you'll work on

• Own the activation funnel: from practice sign-up to first onboarded patient to habitual use. You define the metrics, find where practices drop off, and fix it.
• Acquire the right practices: build the motion that brings new practices and therapists on board across DACH, prioritised by who will actually activate, not just who will sign up.
• Run experiments that teach us something: clear hypotheses, success criteria set up front, honest reviews. At our volumes much of the learning is qualitative, and you make it rigorous.
• Lead as a player-coach: set the team's weekly programme on Monday, review on Friday, coach on calls, and take calls yourself.
• Work with data and across teams: build your own segmentations and funnel analyses, and work closely with Marketing, Product, Insurance and Account Management.

Qualifications

• You have moved an activation or adoption metric: you owned a number like activation rate, time to first use or retention (not just a pipeline or revenue quota), and you can tell us exactly how much you moved it.
• Hands-on with data: you build your own segmentations and funnel analyses (HubSpot, Metabase, SQL or similar) instead of waiting for an analyst.
• Experiment discipline: you define success criteria before you start, and you can walk us through experiments that failed and what changed as a result.
• Player-coach leadership: 4–8 years of experience, including leading a small team on a weekly operating rhythm, while still getting on the phone yourself.
• High-velocity background: marketplace supply growth, SMB inside sales or sales development, onboarding-focused customer success, or growth / RevOps at a scale-up.
• Fluent German (C1+) and professional English: the channel is therapist-facing in DACH; English is our team language.

Nice to have

• Health-tech or regulated-market experience, ideally an understanding of the German statutory-insurance environment.
• Experience with a free or freemium-style motion where monetisation sits outside the immediate user.
• You already use AI tools across your own workflow.
