[Hiring] Growth Account Manager @DoorLoop

Role Description

DoorLoop is hiring one of its first Growth Account Managers to help pilot a new post-sale upsell motion, selling our AI products into our existing customer base.

• Own a book of existing customers and proactively reach out to upsell products they do not currently use.
• Run the full sales cycle on each account: outreach, discovery, demo, and close.
• Hit daily activity targets, book and run demos, and carry a monthly upsell revenue quota.
• Flag and help resolve open customer issues with Support before pushing an upsell conversation.
• Help build the playbook: scripts, cadences, objection handling, and the process future growth account managers will ramp on.
• Give direct feedback on what is and is not working, since the motion is still being proven out.

Qualifications

• Intrinsically motivated and comfortable being held accountable to daily activity, demos, and a monthly quota.
• Full-cycle sales experience: you have run your own conversations from outreach to close.
• A demonstrated ability to understand customer needs deeply and use that understanding to grow the account, through upsell, expansion, or improving ARR.
• Adaptable and willing to learn. This is a new pilot, and you will help shape the process rather than inherit one.
• A builder mentality: comfortable without a fully built-out system, and energized by creating one.
• Motivated to grow with the organization as the team scales.
