Role Description

As Global Sales Manager Segment Hydro (f/m/d), you will:

• Drive sales activities across the full Hydro service portfolio, with a particular focus on strategic, global and cross-regional opportunities.
• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with Regional Directors and operational teams.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key strategic clients.
• Promote Hydro’s global capabilities and foster collaboration across regions.
• Contribute to the execution of Hydro’s commercial strategy in close cooperation with the Segment Head and Regional Directors.
• Provide market and client insights to support commercial priorities and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or in a related field.
• Significant experience in international B2B sales, business development, or commercial management, preferably in engineering, consulting, energy or infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing complex international sales opportunities including commercial negotiations and client relationships.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and structured sales processes.
• Knowledge of the hydropower sector and its international client landscape is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
