The Role

• Discover opportunities to improve the sales experience by working with sales teams across different countries.
• Identify repetitive tasks, process pain points, and activities that take time away from selling.
• Analyze findings and help prioritize opportunities with the greatest impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend practical improvements.
• Help design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and other AI-enabled tools.
• Support the documentation of key sales processes, workflows, and best practices.

The Outcomes

• Identify and document key productivity challenges affecting the global Sales organization.
• Share recommendations and action plans to address high-impact opportunities.
• Create and maintain clear sales process documentation that supports consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions that reduce administrative and low-value activities.
• Present the business impact of your work, including efficiency improvements and lessons learned.

The hourly rate for this position is CAD$20/hour.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing your degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and process gaps.
• Interest in applying Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and related AI solutions to business processes.
• Ability to develop a clear, prioritized action plan from assessment findings.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support governance decisions when needed.
• Comfort taking ownership of implementation and measuring the resulting efficiency gains.
