Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious, German-speaking Sales Development Representative to revolutionize how traditional industries—like manufacturing and logistics—approach sales. In this role, you will be the engine of the growth team, leveraging an AI-powered sales assistant platform to help B2B SMEs digitize their field sales efforts. You will play a critical role in expanding the footprint across the DACH region, turning cold prospects into high-value partnerships within a rapidly scaling tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Own the top-of-funnel outbound strategy, aiming to book 20–40 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers at trade-fair-intensive industrial SMEs.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume outreach including cold calling, personalized LinkedIn engagement, and managing Lemlist email sequences.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from major industry trade shows (e.g., AMB, EuroBLECH) and outbound prospects using BANT criteria to ensure high-quality handoffs.
• CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring every touchpoint, lead status, and context note is accurately logged.
• Strategic Iteration: Partner with the GTM team to test and refine messaging, positioning, and objection handling based on real-time market feedback.
• Strategic Research: Personalize outreach based on specific company signals, such as recent hires, tech stack, or trade show attendance, rather than relying on generic templates.

Qualifications

• Language Mastery: Native or professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, specifically selling to SMEs in traditional sectors like manufacturing, logistics, or construction.
• Location & Availability: Must be based in the CEE region and able to provide consistent overlap with the Berlin timezone (08:30–15:00).
• Persistence: High energy and resilience for daily cold calling and objection handling.
• Tech Literacy: Ability to quickly adopt and utilize AI-powered sales tools and CRM workflow.
