Role Description

kpCompanies ® is seeking an energetic and driven Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage fundraising campaigns.

Our Fundraiser will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
• Building and maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
• Identifying and pursuing new fundraising opportunities through research and networking
• Planning and executing fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer recruitment
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and materials for fundraising campaigns
• Managing donation campaigns, including online and direct mail initiatives
• Tracking and reporting on fundraising progress to senior management
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Staying updated on fundraising trends and best practices in the non-profit sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising for non-profit organizations
• Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and donor relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with online fundraising tools and donor database systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive impact in the community

Requirements

Salary: $98,000-$115,000 per year
