Role Description

As a Freelance Sales Manager, you are the CEO of your own desk. You will be responsible for driving growth and closing high-value deals. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Building Your Empire: Taking full ownership of setting up, managing, and expanding your own sales pipeline from scratch.
• Modern Acquisition: Utilizing contemporary, cutting-edge acquisition systems and outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Masterful Closing: Navigating negotiations with confidence and closing deals consistently. You don't just open doors; you seal the deal.
• Tech & CRM Management: Seamlessly navigating our CRM systems and leveraging various software tools to optimize your workflow and track your success.

Qualifications

• Sales & BD Expertise: A proven track record in Sales and Business Development. You know how to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Recruitment Affinity: Familiarity with or a strong interest in the recruitment sector, understanding the pain points and needs of clients in this space.
• Tech-Savviness: You are highly proficient with computers, modern software, and CRM systems. You adapt to new technologies quickly and use them to your advantage.
• Availability: You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week to dedicate to this role.
• Language Skills: Flawless, professional English is mandatory. If you also speak Spanish, Dutch, or German, consider it a massive plus!
